Seth Green

Seth Green is a Programs Specialist with the division of Outreach and Employer Initiatives at Texas Workforce Commission. His service area includes the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding area, serving as a subject-matter expert on OEI programs and in outreach to stakeholders in the Metroplex and surrounding area. Their flagship program, the Skills Development Fund, is designed to offer customized training to businesses located in Texas through our state’s public, accredited, two-year colleges. He graduated from Texas Tech University. Prior to joining TWC in 2019, his career spanned the globe, with  time in the news media, nonprofit public relations, English as a Foreign Language instruction, and corporate marketing.

Lawrence Price 

Lawrence Price is the Vice President for HR Strategic Initiatives at Stanley Black & Decker. He has expertise in leadership development, talent management, and organizational change. As a West Point graduate with a B.S. in Sociology, Lawrence brings unique insight to leadership development and human resource management. Additionally, Lawrence has an M.S. in Organizational Behaviour and a Ph.D. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology. Lawrence is also a military veteran, with tours in both Iraq and Korea.

Jolene Risch

Jolene Risch uses her 25 years of experience in human resources to lead a national retained search firm. Risch Results specializes in the identification and placement of exceptional talent for growing and dynamic, diverse, and inclusive teams. Risch Results is a certified Women Business Enterprise. Under Jolene’s leadership, the company recruits and places outstanding individuals into positions in accounting, finance, sales, marketing, human resources, and operations. Risch Results serves multiple industries, including construction and construction services. Jolene is both an active community advocate and a small business owner committed to personal and team development. She’s a Graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Intensive Program and the Kellogg Non-Profit Board Member Institute. Jolene is a founding member and past President of Dream Team Professional Women’s Network. She is the membership chair of the Dallas Executive Search Owners Association. Jolene is on the executive committee and development chair of the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, and she is on the board of WINGS Dallas.

Jennifer Wilkerson

Jennifer is a member of the NCCER Executive Leadership team and Vice President of Innovation and Advancements. Her background includes teaching high school English and serving as the acting business manager at the welding and fabrication company she and her husband founded and own. In her current role at NCCER, Jennifer oversees the innovation process within the organization and identifies and implements strategies, opportunities and technologies that support the mission of NCCER. Jennifer has served on numerous committees including the AGC Industry-Educator Taskforce, the CURT Workforce Development Committee and served as a member of the Power Up Board. She actively presents about workforce development issues and resources, construction career pathways, industry- education partnerships and recruitment into the construction and maintenance industries. She holds degrees in English Education and BusinessAdministration.
