Company/Organization

Mercuri International

Lily founded Dream Team Women's Network in 2010. It was a first of its kind Dallas-based women entrepreneur organization that empowered women professionally and served the community simultaneously. It has been highlighted in DCEO magazine, brings in top notch speakers such as Nancy Lieberman and Jennifer Staubach Gates, and continues to inspire and support local business leaders. Her passion for helping women got her recognized in 2011 as 30 Under 30-Future Leaders of Dallas. Lily is passionate about supporting the Hispanic community and was the only member of her family to have graduated college. As the oldest of 10 siblings, she believes in trailblazing for other Hispanic students like herself and it is apparent through her involvement in that community. She is the former Corporate Development Officer Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting, member of Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and has been a panelist for The Compelling Why. She is also an active member of Junior League of Dallas, and tutor’s Hispanic students every Saturday morning for Trinity River Mission. She is also heavily involved at her church (Watermark) and ushers there. Other boards she has served on include: BNI, Taste of NFL (NTFB), Go Red for Women (American Heart Association) and is an active member of Dallas HR Society. In addition to working hard and serving her community, she is a single mom to an 8 year old son—he is her biggest driver professionally and to leave a legacy for him. They live in Plano and love games and outdoor activities. Some of her hobbies include running half marathons, traveling, mission trips, and live music.
